Who am I?
Get to know me

When I first started therapy, I often felt disconnected from my clinician—as if the field forced them to hide who they are. That experience deeply shapes my work today. As an associate psychotherapist, I strive to show up as a real person in the room, building authentic connection while honoring the therapeutic space. I’m committed to balancing the power dynamic in therapy and walking alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and respect as we navigate your unique experiences.

Outside of Therapy
-
Born and raised in the San Francisco
-
Studied abroad for my undergrad
-
I spend a lot of my free time in nature with my dogs
-
I also love to express myself through art and dance!
Growing up in San Francisco sparked a lifelong curiosity about people, cultures, and different ways of being. That curiosity led me to split my undergraduate studies between England, México, and Washington State, shaping the global lens I bring to both life and therapy. Outside of the therapy room, I’m often backpacking with my dogs or expressing myself through painting, writing, and Latin dance.
